It is a lot smoother. To enable Click-to-Play Flash, click on the puzzle icon at the right side of the address bar, and click on Manage. Alternatively, you can also click on the ellipses (…) at the right end of the address bar and go to Settings. Then click on Site Permissions » Adobe Flash.

Yes, thank you Anwille, I am aware that flash player has been out since January 12th, however, I keep getting that flash player icon on the bottom right corner of my computer screen whether I am in the Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser. IT appears randomly and I do not know how to disable or get rid of it. Clicking on it does not help.
